The Bowman and Brooke Foundation is a non-profit corporation dedicated to charitable contributions and other financial support of community service activities aligned with the goals of the firm's partners, employees and clients. The Foundation provides financial aid to a variety of groups and programs serving the needs of the underrepresented and underprivileged, as well as community resources.
Bowman and Brooke Future Defense Lawyer Scholarship
In 2023, the Bowman and Brooke Foundation launched the Bowman and Brooke Future Defense Lawyer Scholarship. This scholarship assists current first year (1L) law students who plan to continue their full-time enrollment at an ABA-accredited law school for their second (2L) academic year, and who possess a demonstrated interest in representing defendants in civil litigation matters.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
