Each will explore key issues shaping the industry and offer strategies defense counsel can use to address those challenges.
This year’s conference will focus on several key topics within the drug and medical device industry, ranging from perspectives from the bench to handling attempted emotional appeals in the courtroom. Bill will lead a pre-conference workshop on how AI is being used by defense and plaintiffs’ counsel, while Michael will discuss rising settlement costs and how defense teams can respond to both financial pressures and shifting public sentiment.
