Frank D. Hosley

Executive Managing Partner

Frank Hosley is an experienced trial attorney. For nearly 30 years, he has tried product liability cases and handled more than 50 Lemon Law arbitrations for a variety of major motor vehicle manufacturers. As a native Floridian, Frank is able to provide his clients with insight regarding jurisdictions throughout the state of Florida. His extensive experience has repeatedly earned him the role of national trial counsel and national discovery counsel for major product manufacturers.

Frank’s experience goes beyond defending the integrity of motor vehicles. He has represented manufacturers of motorcycles, personal watercraft, boat engines, forklifts, wheelchair lifts and power tools. His understanding of how such equipment is designed, manufactured and operated and his knowledge of the available legal defenses have proven to be a valuable asset at trial and when vying for summary judgment. Frank’s practice has diversified over the years. He has now established a niche in the defense of theme park attractions, rides and the safety of park grounds.

By concentrating on the defense of products, Frank is uniquely familiar with the design process, and therefore prepared to assist in the discovery process and the preparation of corporate witnesses for deposition and trial. He has worked with numerous engineers in preparing them to provide testimony to fully explain their company’s dedication and commitment to providing safe, reliable products.
