Eleni Swank is a trusted counsel to Fortune 500 companies and disruptive startups in complex, high-exposure litigation from inception through trial. She represents clients in litigation matters involving automotive product liability, technology platforms, catastrophic personal injuries, mass torts and class actions. Eleni helps technology innovators navigate the defense of high-stakes litigation in emerging areas of the law.
Eleni has written and argued both dispositive and trial motions, prepared trial themes and opening and closing statements, and prepared, examined and cross-examined witnesses at trial. She has served as first chair for numerous high exposure mediations and has served as third chair trial counsel. Eleni is admitted in both Washington State and California, and she splits her time between both states.
In her free time, Eleni enjoys traveling with her husband and friends, woodworking and refinishing furniture, and exploring with her two dogs near Mount Rainier in Washington and in the southern California hills.
