Sunny Rehsi is a Canadian and United States product liability attorney, with experience in automotive product liability, automotive warranty and commercial litigation. He represents some of the largest automotive manufacturers in North America.
Sunny provides strong defense strategies for his clients, with experience defending product liability lawsuits involving industrial machinery, consumer and recreational products, motor vehicles and building materials. He has first-chair trial experience and secured a defense verdict on behalf of an automotive client in Ottawa, Canada, along with first-chair mediation and second-chair arbitration experience. He also focuses on handling complex automotive warranty and lemon law issues under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Sunny also serves as national discovery counsel for a major automotive manufacturer. He handles all aspects of discovery including offensive and defensive discovery; document identification, collection, and review; briefing motions to compel and for protective order; and preparing company witnesses for deposition.
