Ricardo Azcarraga primarily defends manufacturers in product liability, consumer warranty and general liability litigation. He has extensive experience working up cases for trial. Ricardo conducts and defends depositions and communicates with clients about case analyses. Additionally, he has experience conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, pleadings and trial briefs.
Ricardo has also worked in the in-house legal department of a global automobile manufacturer, where he analyzed claims and managed the customer-facing consumer affairs team. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
Outside of work, Ricardo enjoys bowling with friends, going to restaurants with his wife and attending sporting events and concerts. He is an avid reader of novels by Ernest Hemingway and John Grisham.
