Mollie Kelly is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice, where she represents manufacturers and other corporate clients in complex product liability and consumer litigation matters. Her practice focuses on the development and execution of pre-trial litigation strategy, with substantial experience managing the discovery process in high-stakes and multidistrict litigation. She works closely with clients and litigation teams to analyze technical and factual issues and develop strategies for cases for a favorable resolution through motion practice, settlement or trial.
Mollie has experience handling all aspects of written and document discovery, including coordinating large-scale document productions, drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting witness preparation, managing e-discovery issues, negotiating protective orders and briefing discovery-related motions. She also assists in the preparation of dispositive motions and other critical pre-trial filings.
Through a strategic and detail-oriented approach, Mollie helps clients navigate litigation involving alleged product defects. She is committed to understanding the business, regulatory and technical considerations that shape each dispute and to delivering practical, efficient solutions aligned with clients’ broader objectives.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Mollie served as an associate and law clerk at several Michigan law firms. She conducted legal research and analysis and drafted motions, complaints, case evaluations, facilitations, witness lists and legal briefs for personal injury and premises liability cases, among other areas of law. Mollie also argued pre-trial motions in court and attended status and settlement conferences.
In her free time, Mollie enjoys spending time with her husband and her four children. She also enjoys baking and staying active through spending time outdoors.
