Rich McPherson is an experienced attorney who defends companies in product liability litigation matters, class actions and commercial disputes. His practice spans industries including financial services, automotive, healthcare, construction, renewable energy and retail sectors.

Rich’s passion for helping clients solve problems has driven his success in handling high-stakes disputes in trial and appellate courts across the United States at both the federal and state levels. With extensive trial experience, he has served as first chair in state and federal court trials, tried cases to verdict, led multiple arbitrations and supported cases as second chair, showcasing his ability to effectively navigate complex litigation.

He has represented numerous companies, including Fortune 50 corporations in product liability and commercial matters as well as businesses and financial institutions in consumer litigation including mass actions and class actions. His experience also includes disputes involving financial products and instruments, aiding-and-abetting fraud claims and other challenging litigation matters.

Outside of being an attorney, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, three sons and Labrador retriever. He also enjoys traveling, playing golf and running. Rich is a dedicated fan of the San Francisco 49ers and Wake Forest sports teams.
