Courtney Kenisky defends clients involved in complex litigation in the product liability, commercial, and catastrophic loss sectors. She has managed high-stakes, multi-party litigation and is well-versed in all aspects of litigation, trial preparation, and trial.
Courtney has significant experience in both written and oral advocacy, drafting and prosecuting dispositive and expert motions in state and federal court. She is experienced in working up cases from the beginning and either negotiating a resolution or preparing the case for trial. In 2023, Courtney was third chair for a highly publicized trial in Dallas County in which her team obtained a full defense verdict for the client.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, watching and playing sports, and traveling with family. Of Hawaiian descent, she dances the hula and looks forward to teaching her daughter when she is older.
