Courtney Kenisky


Courtney Kenisky is an associate attorney who defends clients involved in complex litigation in the automotive, product liability, commercial and catastrophic loss sectors. She has managed high-stakes multi-party litigation and is well-versed in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation. 

Courtney has significant experience in both written and oral advocacy, drafting and prosecuting motions to compel, to exclude experts and for summary judgment. She has taken and defended over 200 depositions, including depositions of expert witnesses and corporate representatives. In addition to her practical experience on the record, she also has advised clients during mediation and prepared cases for arbitration. 

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, watching and playing sports and traveling with family. Of Hawaiian descent, she dances hula with her family and looks forward to dancing with her daughter when she is older.
