Janell M. Adams


Janell Adams manages both complex and routine tort cases of virtually every type and size, and focuses her trial practice primarily on catastrophic personal injury and product liability defense.

For more than 25 years, Janell has represented some of the nation's largest product manufacturers. She defends catastrophic injury cases involving products such as automobiles and off-road vehicles, including vehicle rollover and unintended acceleration cases. She handles national discovery programs,  projects, and reviews for a variety of product manufacturers, including automobile, component supplier, HVAC, and recreational products. Additionally, she has also previously handled pharmaceutical cases, defending products such as diet drugs, contraceptives, and anti-depressants.

She has both first- and second-chair  jury trial experience, and has also handled cases at the appellate court level. In addition, Janell has an extensive motion practice.
