Gregory Mroz focuses his practice defending clients in product liability litigation throughout the United States. Additionally, he represents clients in the areas of toxic tort, warranty, and commercial litigation. He has served as lead counsel in multiple mediations and Lemon Law arbitration hearings.
Gregory also handles discovery, including written discovery, preparing expert reports, and taking plaintiff, fact witness and expert depositions.
Previously working as a prosecutor with the Florida State Attorney's Office (Ninth Judicial Circuit) Gregory served as lead counsel in jury and bench trials and argued at numerous motion hearings. In 2012, he worked as a Legal Intern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Further developing his experience, he worked as a legal assistant for a prominent Washington D.C. firm and as an assistant to the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia.
