Anderson v. Nissan

CASE RESULTS DEPEND UPON A VARIETY OF FACTORS UNIQUE TO EACH CASE. CASE RESULTS DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PREDICT A SIMILAR RESULT IN ANY FUTURE CASE.

An Arizona jury found that Nissan was not responsible in a product liability lawsuit stemming from an accident involving a 2001 Pathfinder which rolled over causing serious brain injury to the driver.  Plaintiff claimed that the vehicle had design defects, and should have been equipped with newer technology.
