Bowman and Brooke's Minneapolis Managing Partner Roshan N. Rajkumar was recently featured in an article from Minnesota Law about advancing the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the legal profession. Minnesota Law is a general interest magazine published in the fall and spring of the academic year for the University of Minnesota Law School community of alumni, friends, and supporters. The powerful piece features a handful of University of Minnesota alumni and their experiences in the diversity, equity and inclusion space.
Roshan Rajkumar who is the Chair of Bowman and Brooke's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, provided insights about helping and supporting diverse attorneys succeed both within Bowman and Brooke and the broader legal community. He also offers mentoring for his associates and law students. Additionally, he has been recognized by Minnesota Lawyer as a 2019 Diversity and Inclusion Honoree for contributions to making Minnesota's legal community more diverse and inclusive.
