Miami Partner Shawn Libman has been selected by Target Corporation’s Law Department as their Quarter Three 2022 Bullseye Barrister in recognition of outstanding performance on a consistent basis. Target presents the Bullseye Barrister award quarterly to an attorney recognized for obtaining outstanding results on the company’s behalf.
Shawn has pursued tenders against a wide variety of vendors and has also defended Target in several Class Actions since she started representing the corporation 15 years ago. Since then, she has worked on close to 400 cases in South Florida, handling every type of incident imaginable. Some of her memorable Target trial and case experiences include an opposing party breaking into Greek dancing, an “invisible” Plaintiff eyewitness, clothes hoarding, a guest injured while stealing merchandise and a traffic stop during a deposition.
