Matthew Berard Comments on Drone Law and Navigable Airspace in Detroit Legal News

Matthew fielded questions involving a Kentucky case where a property owner shot down a drone flying over his property, a case which Matthew says, "will likely be the first to address the interplay of property/privacy interests and a drone operator’s right to fly in navigable airspace."
