Matthew Berard Comments on Drone Law and Navigable Airspace in Detroit Legal News

Detroit Associate Matthew Berard spoke with Detroit Legal News to answer several questions on drone law and navigable airspace. Matthew fielded questions involving a Kentucky case where a property owner shot down a drone flying over his property, a case which Matthew says, "will likely be the first to address the interplay of property/privacy interests and a drone operator’s right to fly in navigable airspace."
