For the fifth year in a row, Bowman and Brooke has been named in the Top Tier for Product Liability and Mass Tort Defense: Automotive Transport by The Legal 500. Additionally, for the first year, Bowman and Brooke is ranked and recommended in a new category for Product Liability and Mass Tort Defense: Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices! Vincent Galvin Jr. and Paul Cereghini are once again named Leading Trial Lawyers in the elite eight list of Automotive Trial Lawyers.
A total of nine Bowman and Brooke attorneys are recommended by The Legal 500 in both categories. They are: Paul Cereghini (Phoenix), Vince Galvin (San Jose), Joel Smith (Columbia), David Kelly (Minneapolis), Kurt Kern (Dallas), Karl Viehman (Dallas), David Stone (Dallas), Kim Schmid (Minneapolis) and Randy Christian (Austin).
In regards to our Automotive practice, The Legal 500 had this to say:
