DRI’s September issue of For the Defense featured an article on artificial intelligence and specialty insurance authored by Baltimore Partner Marisa Trasatti and New Brunswick Associate Rachel Frost. Through their research, they determined how the increased use of artificial intelligence in tandem with increased prevalence of specialty insurance will impact the potential liability of those in the hospitality industry.
