Yesenia Cárdenas Honored with "Dallas Top 50 Women Lawyer Award"
Bowman and Brooke Dallas Partner Yesenia E. Cárdenas was selected by the Texas Diversity Council to receive the Dallas Top 50 Women Lawyers Award 2018. Award winners are chosen for their experience, leadership, and commitment to diversity. The Mission of the National Diversity Council is to advance and support diversity within the legal field. Winners will be recognized at a September 25 Legal Diversity Week awards banquet in Dallas.
“I am pleased to receive this honor and to be recognized along with my very talented and dedicated colleagues,” Cárdenas said.
Yesenia focuses her practice on complex product liability defense, including class actions and multi-district litigation, for some of the world's leading automotive manufacturers. She is active in several legal and professional organizations, including the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, for which she served as Vice President for several years. She received her law degree cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is currently a Fellow with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
