BTI Consulting Group released its list of the 70 Most Improved Law Firms in Client Service, based on an analysis of interviews with more than 350 general counsel and in-house lawyers at large businesses. In their release BTI wrote, "the emergence of COVID-19 in the U.S. led to mass uncertainty for businesses, along with numerous legal questions in areas related to workforce and cybersecurity and privacy. In that environment, speed 'became critical.' One of the things that really stood out is the ability to mobilize — the ability to respond quickly was just essential. What we found is there was a group of law firms that were able to eliminate red tape … were able to [deploy] resources a lot faster than other firms were."
