Bowman and Brooke ranked as a top law firm for overall diversity in The American Lawyer’s 2021 Diversity Scorecard. In the release of the 2021 list, Bowman and Brooke landed at #43. This national recognition is one of many acknowledgements that reflect our firm's ongoing commitment to recruiting and developing diverse talent.

The Diversity Scorecard records the average number of full-time-equivalent minority attorneys—Asian-American, African-American, Latino or Hispanic, Native American and self-described multiracial attorneys—at Am Law 200 and National Law Journal 250 law firms in the calendar year 2020. Lawyer counts are average full-time-equivalent figures. Partner statistics include both equity and non-equity partners. Non-partner figures include associates as well as special counsel, of counsel and other staff attorneys.

Additionally, Bowman and Brooke placed at #20 on the National Law Journal's 2021 Women in Law Scorecard. The Women’s Scorecard is produced as part of the annual NLJ 500 firm head count report. Data on gender diversity at firms is collected at the same time as when firms report financial numbers and head counts to ALM. Only the largest 350 firms are eligible for the Women’s Scorecard.
