Faline Williams is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on complex mass tort and product liability litigation matters.
Throughout her career, Faline has honed her skills in legal research and writing. She has drafted insurance coverage opinions, case reports and summaries, summary judgment motions, motion to compel, motions in limine, as well as internal and external memoranda. Faline has strong litigation experience handling and managing depositions, expert and witness testimony and preparation for mediations, appraisals and settlements. She has collaborated with partners to prepare litigation documents such as complaints, motions to the court and drafting discovery requests and responses. Faline has also successfully defended mass tort cases and smaller construction companies and manufacturers in asbestos defense cases.
Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Faline worked as a Litigation Associate, where she played an integral role conducting interviews and preparing critical in-depth legal research in a probable class action suit. This position advanced Faline’s abilities in managing high-volume discovery work, conducting in-depth legal research and supporting trial teams in preparing comprehensive legal materials.
In her free time Faline enjoys spending time with her pets, watching the Minnesota Wild, playing pickleball, traveling and attending concerts of all varieties—from Taylor Swift to The New Standards.
