Gisselle Watkins counsels clients in complex litigation involving product liability, warranty issues and premises liability. She has defended business clients in liability litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice and automobile liability matters. Gisselle also represented international manufacturers, distributors and retailers in litigation arising from alleged design defects and advised on premises liability matters for a variety of national companies.
Gisselle has experience developing litigation strategies and budgets, drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions. She also has drafted pleadings as well as motions in limine, for summary judgment and other pre-trial motions.
In her free time, Gisselle indulges her passion for sports, participating in fantasy football, watching college football and NFL games and cheering on the Miami Heat.
