Gisselle Watkins counsels clients in complex litigation involving product liability, warranty issues and premises liability. She has defended business clients in liability litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, asbestos claims and automobile liability matters. Gisselle has also represented international manufacturers, distributors and retailers in litigation arising from alleged design defects and advised on premises liability matters for a variety of national companies.
In the courtroom, Gisselle has provided optimal outcomes for clients, including a favorable defense of a major automotive manufacturer in a warranty trial. She has argued pleadings as well as motions in limine, for summary judgment and other pre-trial motions. Gisselle has experience developing litigation strategies and budgets, drafting and responding to discovery requests as well as taking and defending depositions.
