Kent Warren is a skilled trial attorney with a wealth of experience defending clients in high-exposure product liability and commercial litigation matters.
Kent handles all phases of litigation from inception through appeal. He has first and second chaired jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts and frequently represents clients in class actions and multi-district litigation, as well as single plaintiff personal injury and death cases.
Kent devotes much of his practice to defending major automotive manufacturers against alleged product defect claims. Kent has spent years serving as lead counsel for a Big Three automaker in defense of its Takata airbag litigation, including defense of the Takata Airbag MDL, attorney general actions, personal injury cases and class settlement opt out litigation.
Outside of work, Kent and his wife, fellow Bowman and Brooke partner Annie Warren, spend their free time shepherding their three children to activities. Kent also enjoys playing golf, working out and cheering for his beloved NC State Wolfpack.
