Neal Wang is developing his practice defending clients in automotive warranty claims. He supports trial teams and clients with his strong technical background and international litigation experience.
Throughout his career, Neal has been trusted to draft complaints, manage discovery, support settlement proceedings and liaise with clients on case strategy. Neal has also assisted in ITC 337 litigation regarding LiDAR claims, preparing discovery materials and research for trial teams.
He has been directly involved with patent application proceedings in China and the United States and has worked directly with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Neal’s understanding of copyright, trademark and mechanical processes provides a strong base for his work defending clients in warranty litigation.
Neal grew up in China, attending the top 10 ranked Beihang University, and earning a degree in Electronic Information Engineering. He completed his J.D. in California, where he now resides.
