Emily Villadsen is an associate attorney representing clients in motor vehicle, toxic tort and environmental litigation. She brings strong communication abilities and thrives at translating complex concepts into actionable insights for clients and trial teams.
Emily brings unique courtroom experience, working for over half a decade advocating for patients as a court-appointed conservator. In this role she represented clients in temporary restraining order proceedings and engaged in motion practice, she also handled dispute resolution with major financial institutions.
Additional experience as a Patient Care Technician further honed her medical knowledge and articulate attention to detail. She now leverages her inimitable medical experience towards her work with clients and fellow attorneys.
Emily’s legal career began in earnest during her tenure as a Summer Associate at Bowman and Brooke. During which she contributed to a large document review project and compiled expert witness evidence for major automobile manufacturers. She continued to develop her skills by drafting memoranda, revising court filings and preparing case updates for clients.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys an active lifestyle and in is an avid runner. Her dedication is illustrated by a running streak of 3+ miles every day for over a year. She also enjoys skiing and swimming with her son in the mountains and lakes of Utah.
