Emily Villadsen is an associate attorney representing clients in automotive product liability, motor vehicle, toxic tort and environmental litigation. She represents leading automotive manufacturers in complex litigation involving technical product issues, expert evidence and complex electronic discovery. Emily is known for translating highly technical concepts into practical, strategic guidance for clients and trial teams.
Emily’s litigation experience includes managing large-scale document reviews, coordinating complex electronic discovery, developing technical and expert evidence, drafting legal memoranda and court pleadings and representing a leading automotive manufacturer in Minnesota court proceedings.
Before joining Bowman and Brooke, Emily spent over five years representing vulnerable individuals as a court-appointed conservator. In that role, she appeared in court on contested matters, engaged in motion practice, negotiated disputes with major financial institutions and advocated on behalf of her clients, providing her with meaningful courtroom and client-facing experience.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys running, skiing and swimming with her son in the Midwest and the mountains of Colorado and Utah that she used to call home.
