Anthony J. Parascandola is an experienced trial attorney with over 33 years of experience who routinely defends corporations in complex civil litigation, including product liability claims, premises liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation. Tony represents some of the world’s largest manufacturers of motor vehicles and vertical transportation equipment in cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and traumatic brain injury cases. He defends manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of products in State and Federal civil cases and is often sought out to serve as California local counsel.

Additionally, Tony has considerable franchise litigation experience and has prosecuted and defended complex commercial disputes, partnership dissolutions, and ADA claims. He also defends manufacturers of home improvement and building products in civil, commercial and subrogation litigation. Tony has handled a diverse caseload including complex multidistrict litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury matters, school law, entertainment law, gaming law, general tort litigation and appellate practice.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Tony owned and managed his own law firm representing a number of business clients in transactional matters and throughout all civil and commercial phases of litigation. Before that time, he practiced product liability defense with two prominent Los Angeles law firms. Early in his career, he served as Judicial Clerk for the Chief Circuit Judge of the Illinois State Bench and as an intern for the Illinois Secretary of State Department of Police.

Volunteerism and community are a top priority for Tony.
