Jack Stengel is an associate attorney focused on building his practice in commercial litigation. He is well-versed in civil matters and brings a sophisticated skill set to his work.
During law school, Jack participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic where he advised clients on a variety of civil disputes involving real estate, contracts, and tenant rights. He also Externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the Arizona Court of Appeals where he developed his legal research and writing skills. As a law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals, he drafted memorandum decisions, presented at panel conferences and observed oral arguments. He also advised on substantive and procedural legal issues arising out of all areas of state law.
Outside the office, Jack gives back to his community by volunteering to assist the unhoused. He enjoys competing in marathons, triathlons and Ironman competitions. In addition, he participates in trivia and Skee-Ball leagues, is skilled in karate and proudly supports his favorite team, the Chicago Cubs.
