Robert Stark is an associate developing his practice defending manufacturers against alleged design defects and breach of warranty claims.
Robert is a detail-oriented legal researcher and writer who has drafted litigation documents and assisted trial teams in complex litigation matters. He has also been actively involved in discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests, requests for production of documents and special interrogatories.
As a Judicial Intern, Robert drafted memoranda in support of court rulings and gained valuable perspective on oral arguments and courtroom procedures. He has worked with legal nonprofits including one that provides litigation services to low-income clients, and one that focuses on assisting families in Dependency matters.
Robert enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, watching his favorite teams, traveling and staying active. He routinely gives back to his community and has spent years volunteering with the Special Olympics and Thirst Project.
