Luke Spencer is a trial lawyer who advises manufacturers in complex, high-exposure product liability litigation from inception through trial and appeal. Litigating throughout the United States, he has extensive experience defending automotive and truck manufacturers and has also litigated emerging liability issues related to the sale and distribution of cannabis, CBD and kratom.
