With more than 20 years of experience, Stephen Shollack represents motor vehicle and life sciences manufacturers in product liability litigation matters. He also advises clients on discovery issues having managed large-scale document review projects for nearly ten years. Steve is uniquely data-focused, regularly coordinating efforts between clients and Bowman and Brooke’s Client Advisory Technology Services (CATS) team. He handles many aspects of case discovery including case strategy, privilege logs, data management and document production collection.
Clients look to Steve to minimize legal risk and maximize business opportunity. He researches, drafts, reviews and analyzes legal documents and processes for accuracy and efficiency. Steve is trained in several document review software programs, including Relativity. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Steve spent 14 years with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office in the forfeiture, real estate and juvenile divisions.
Outside of the office, Steve enjoys spending time in the backyard grilling and playing games with his wife and three sons.
