Jack Shea focuses his practice defending manufacturers in pharmaceutical mass litigation, medical device litigation, general product liability cases and automotive warranty cases.
Jack has extensive experience handling cases from their initial investigation phases through discovery, dispositive motions, all the way to trial or settlement. Jack has taken and defended numerous depositions of claimants, fact witnesses and experts. He has handled oral arguments at critical stages of litigation, including disputed discover hearings and dispositive motion hearings. Jack has also obtained favorable verdicts in both bench and jury trials.
