Omid Shabani represents high-profile automotive manufacturers and auto-dealerships in consumer warranty and California lemon law cases.

Omid is a well-rounded trial attorney who represents his clients in all stages of litigation aggressively and professionally, including matters in the California’s Consumers Legal Remedies Act and the Business and Professions Code §17200 or Unfair Business Practices Act. He has first and second-chaired trial counsels, jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. He has appeared in numerous court and administrative proceedings in high stakes matters in various stages of litigation including law and motion related to pleadings, preliminary injunctions, discovery and dispositive motions. 

Omid works zealously to obtain favorable results for his clients and often strives to reach a global settlement to the satisfaction of all parties involved in litigation matters. He has represented his clients at hundreds of depositions, conducted discovery and pre-trial workups.

When he is not busy being a lawyer, Omid enjoys volunteering in his local legal community as a mock trial judge for competitions and mentoring the future generation of trial lawyers. He can also be found playing tennis, swimming, reading spiritual texts or spending time with his cat. He is fluent in Farsi and proficient in Hebrew and Arabic.
