Prentice has drafted pleadings, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions and other pre-trial motions in high-exposure litigation matters. She has regularly appeared on behalf of her clients in courts throughout the country, including at trial. She has also led discovery processes, including document collection and production and has prepared witnesses and taken depositions. Additionally, Prentice has regularly appeared on behalf of her clients at mediations.
