Nick Prudenzano is a seasoned litigator with nearly a decade of experience defending corporations and institutional clients in high-exposure litigation. His practice centers on managing complex cases from inception through trial for product liability, transportation, general liability and premises liability matters.
Nick has taken and defended numerous depositions, including expert, medical, and corporate representative witnesses, and regularly prepares substantive motions, pleadings and case-critical analyses. He also brings significant eDiscovery experience, having overseen large-scale data review projects and managed workflows involving substantial technical and documentary complexity.
Nick has numerous appearances before state and federal court judges for trials, oral arguments and case management conferences. He has also represented clients as second chair in several high-profile matters. His wide-ranging experience and litigation perspective is further informed by his previous tenure as in-house counsel at a major manufacturer, where he advised on discovery strategy, data governance, cross-data transfers and product safety best practices.
Outside the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His hobbies range from outdoor sports and live music to watching his favorite football team, the Denver Broncos, every Sunday.
