Nick Prudenzano brings nearly a decade of experience defending clients in high-exposure litigation. He concentrates his practice on product liability, transportation and premises liability matters.
Handling all aspects of a case through to trial, Nick has taken and defended depositions from expert witnesses as well as medical experts. He excels at researching and drafting memoranda, motions, pleadings and settlement agreements for clients in myriad industries. He brings extensive experience in eDiscovery. He has years of experience managing workflows and overseeing critical large data review projects.
Nick has numerous appearances before state and federal court judges for trials, oral arguments and case management conferences. He has also represented clients as second chair in several high-profile matters. His wide-ranging experience is highlighted by previous tenure as in-house counsel at a major manufacturer, during which he provided legal advice on discovery, data management and cross-border data transfers as well as advising on best practices for product safety.
When not in the office, Nick enjoys spending his with his wife and children. He enjoys a variety of hobbies, from outdoor sports and concerts to watching his favorite football team, the Denver Broncos, play on Sunday.
