Behnam Parvinian is an attorney focused on product liability, construction defect and general commercial litigation. He represents major manufacturers and developers in high-exposure matters. Clients look to Behnam for his attention to detail in managing cases from start to finish and his adept communication skills.

Behnam is experienced in taking depositions, preparing clients for and defending them at depositions, conducting legal research and reviewing contracts including indemnity agreements and settlement agreements. He routinely drafts pleadings, discovery motions and dispositive motions. He also propounds discovery, responds to discovery and prepares correspondence recommending litigation action plans and settlement figures. Behnam has advised on risk management and compliance practices and has coordinated litigation avoidance strategies for his clients. Building a strong relationship is a core tenet to Behnam. He takes the time to explain the legal rights to his clients and identify their goals as a first step in his representation.

Behnam has a wealth of knowledge surrounding civil litigation matters. This includes insurance, warranty, negligence and breach of contract. 

In his free time, Behnam enjoys listening to many genres of music, particularly classical and has played the violin for over two decades. He is an avid chess and tennis player and can also be found tasting and cooking a variety of delicious meals.
