Behnam Parvinian is an attorney focused on product liability litigation matters for major manufacturers around the country. Clients look to Behnam for his attention to detail in managing cases from start to finish and his adept communication skills.
Behnam has experience preparing clients for depositions and defending clients at depositions, conducting legal research and reviewing contracts. He routinely drafted pleadings including propounding and responding to discovery, motions to strike, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgement and correspondence recommending settlement figures. Behnam has advised on risk management and compliance practices and coordinated litigation avoidance strategies for his clients. Building a strong relationship is a core tenet to Behnam. He takes the time to explain the legal rights to his clients and identify their goals as a first step in his representation.

Behnam has a wealth of knowledge surrounding California workers’ compensation, insurance and civil litigation matters. This includes wrongful death cases, warranty cases and negligence. He routinely appeared before Workers’ Compensation Appeal Boards throughout California for status conferences and mandatory settlement conferences.

In his free time, Behnam enjoys listening to many genres of music, particularly classical, and has played the violin for over two decades. He is an avid chess and tennis player and can also be found tasting and cooking a variety of delicious meals.
