Yana Ovsepyan is building her practice defending clients in sophisticated premises liability and product liability cases, including warranty litigation.
Fellow attorneys trust Yana to provide high-level research and litigation support, and she collaborates with trial teams using her insight into motion practice, courtroom strategy and judicial reasoning. She brings valuable experience in discovery and in drafting motions to dismiss and motions in limine. Her time as a judicial extern in the Superior Court of California strengthened her extensive legal research skills and provided her with significant courtroom experience.
Outside of the office, Yana enjoys the arts, including plays, musicals and concerts in Los Angeles. She is also an avid reader who enjoys both classic and modern literature.
