Chris Ourkhan is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice on defending automotive manufacturers in lemon law warranty and product liability claims.
Since becoming licensed, Chris has almost exclusively focused his practice on managing a high volume of lemon law matters and handling those cases throughout all phases of litigation, most of which were brought under the Song-Beverly and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Acts. Having second chaired multiple civil jury trials, he has gained experience developing trial strategy, witness preparation, drafting courtroom presentations and preparing evidentiary motions.
Chris also brings a background in drafting and responding to all forms of written discovery such as interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for admission and requests for production.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors and watching sports. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
