In his more than twenty-five years with Bowman and Brooke, Nicholas Even has concentrated on personal injury defense, automobile/trucking negligence defense, product liability defense and consumer warranty defense. 

Nicholas is a versatile defender of his clients, whether as a first chair trial attorney who has tried multiple warranty cases to verdict, or as supporting counsel, providing countless hours of behind-the-scenes support on high exposure matters. He frequently works on pre-trial motions, trial outlines and strategy, preparation of demonstrative exhibits, motion drafting and preparation of expert witnesses. 

He has represented a wide variety of large and small transportation and product manufacturing entities, including:
Companies that develop, test, design, and manufacture products which are claimed to have caused or contributed to personal injuries, companies that provide warranties as to the goods and services they provide and are alleged to have failed to honor and companies after their employees have been involved in motor vehicle accidents while operating company vehicles/trucks from which personal injuries are alleged to have resulted.
