Zeina Mousa brings strong litigation strategy and extensive courtroom experience to her practice, defending major automotive manufacturers against product liability and breach of warranty claims.
Zeina spent the early years of her career working for the Orange County Public Defenders office, as well as the Orange County Office of County Counsel. In her time as a public defender, she gained invaluable experience working with high-volume caseloads, often managing over 200 matters simultaneously. Here, she cultivated her motion practice and courtroom experience, litigating 10 jury trials as first chair.
Transitioning to the Orange County Office of the County Counsel, Zeina gained new experience handling juvenile dependency proceedings, before shifting to a role focused on civil litigation. In this position, she managed cases from inception through resolution, advising County officials on matters of compliance and risk management. She handled pleadings, discovery and court appearances across a range of civil and administrative matters, including claims against government entities and Public Records Act litigation.
A dedicated public servant, Zeina received the Pro Bono Achievement Award three years in a row from the Irvine School of Law during her coursework. She continues to give back to her community through a range of pro bono efforts throughout southern California.
