Marissa Mooney is an associate attorney representing clients in product liability, commercial and general tort litigation.
With experience taking and defending depositions, preparing written discovery and drafting dispositive motions, Marissa has honed her skills in risk management and dispute resolution.
Marissa began her legal career as a paralegal, which provided her with valuable experience, a unique perspective and appreciation of the vital role of litigation support staff. After law school, Marissa served as a law clerk for a full year to the Honorable Paul Hart Smyth at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Outside of the office Marissa enjoys staying active through yoga and aerial fitness. She can also be found relaxing at home with her two cats.
