Senior Counsel

With nearly two decades of experience, Michael Foley concentrates his practice on defending national manufacturers in motor vehicle warranty and products liability litigation, with an emphasis on automotive claims. He has represented clients from a wide range of industries, including major automobile and construction equipment manufacturers, financial service institutions, architects, and engineers. 

Michael has a depth of experience spanning product liability, general liability, wrongful death, personal injury, consumer warranty, and lemon law litigation. Additionally, he has defended clients against construction defect, mass tort, complex individual consumer, class action, and premises liability claims.

Some of the regular case responsibilities for Michael include expert witness discovery, trial preparation, filing of dispositive motions, drafting documents, including motions and summary judgments, preparing for trial, and maintaining client communications.  He has handled matters in both state and federal jurisdictions. 

Outside of his work, Michael enjoys swimming and hiking.
