John Meyer is an associate attorney with an established practice in high-exposure negligence, product liability and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He has defended a variety of clients in the transportation, consumer products and pharmaceutical and medical device industries on complex civil litigation matters from inception through appeal.

John has aided in resolving high-exposure matters via motions practice and favorable settlements for numerous clients, conducted extensive research into emerging regulatory and statutory developments, advised clients on litigation avoidance strategies and coordinated between national, local counsel and the client in multi-jurisdictional and national litigation. John is well versed in drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, written discovery, depositions and all aspects of case preparation leading up to trial.

Outside of the office, John is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys reading a variety of fiction novels.
