Serving as national or local counsel, Adam has handled hundreds of pharmaceutical and medical device lawsuits at every stage of litigation, including JPML proceedings, national and international discovery, hearings and trials through to appeals. He has experiencing involving drugs, devices, nutritional supplements, and medical issues related to neonatology, cardiology, oncology, urogynecology, internal medicine, mycology, orthopedics, hematology, neuropsychology, primary care and a range of other medical specialties. Adam also counsels companies on FDA issues, risk management and investigations and handle a wide range of business disputes.
