Nadeen Makhzoum focuses her practice on defending major motor vehicle manufacturers against product liability and breach of warranty claims. She has also worked on cases from a wide variety of practice areas, including intellectual property, insurance defense and commercial litigation.
Nadeen has independently conducted depositions and appeared in court on behalf of clients for hearings and settlement conferences. In addition, she has been admitted pro hac vice to assist in high-exposure cases involving potential seven-figure damages.
She has experience supporting all phases of pretrial litigation, including conducting in-depth legal research, drafting motions and developing trial strategy. Her experience also includes drafting motions in limine, participating in mock trials, creating trial exhibits and preparing expert witnesses.
Outside the office, Nadeen spends time with friends and family, stays active through competitive volleyball and enjoys traveling and hiking.
