Nikita Luyken represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, including warranty claims, product liability defense and mass tort cases.
Nikita manages all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice and mediation preparation. She drafts dispositive and non-dispositive motions, prepares mediation statements and case evaluations and works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies. Nikita has extensive experience defending employers, corporations and insurers in high-stakes claims involving orthopedic injuries, occupational disease claims including asbestos and other complex liability issues.
Over the course of her career, Nikita has gained courtroom experience supporting attorneys in administrative hearings and other legal proceedings, conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation across a range of civil and regulatory matters.
Outside of her practice, Nikita has worked as a missionary for over 15 years, supporting communities in Liberia, where she helps organize shipments of food, medical supplies and other essential resources.
