Nikita Luyken represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, including warranty claims, product liability defense and mass tort cases. She handles all phases of litigation, from discovery and motion practice to mediation and case evaluation, partnering closely with clients to develop strategic, results-driven approaches.
Nikita has significant experience defending employers, corporations and insurers in high-exposure personal injury matters involving orthopedic and traumatic brain injuries, as well as occupational disease and asbestos-related claims.
Over the course of her career, Nikita has gained courtroom experience assisting in the preparation and handling of administrative hearings, court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation-related matters. She has contributed to case strategy, legal research, and settlement preparation across a wide range of civil and regulatory matters.
Outside of her practice, Nikita has spent more than 15 years serving as a missionary in Liberia, supporting local communities through the coordination of food, medical and essential supply distribution.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
