Aaron Lutz is developing his litigation practice defending clients in toxic tort, mass tort and warranty matters. Aaron is a skilled debater and orator with extensive critical thinking and research skills. He has spent time working with clients on trial strategy, arguing in front of a judge and researching matters for fellow attorneys.
As a long-time competitive debater, Aaron shares his skills as a speech coach at the University of Minnesota, teaching valuable skills to prospective public speakers. Prior to becoming an attorney, Aaron worked as a law clerk and certified student attorney in a public defender’s office. During which he contributed to a voir dire and gained valuable courtroom experience. He began his career at Bowman and Brooke as a summer associate where he worked together with attorneys to draft motions and provide top-notch research.
When he isn’t in the office, Aaron spends time with his two cats, Poirot and Agatha. He enjoys playing board games and card games with friends, as well as relaxing with a good book.
