Wing Lu is an associate in the firm’s product liability team. With a robust background in managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, Wing brings a meticulous and strategic approach to defending leading automotive, cosmetic and personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturers in high-stakes litigations. 

Wing’s litigation practice focuses on managing intricate discovery processes, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and guiding clients through trial proceedings in both state and federal courts. She leverages her experience in drafting dispositive motions, managing large-scale discovery programs and preparing expert witnesses to support the firm’s trial-centric approach. 

As a registered patent agent, Wing also advises global corporations on intellectual property strategy, including patent and trademark prosecution, licensing agreements and regulatory compliance. She navigates complex IP portfolios and provides freedom-to-operate analysis, ensuring clients mitigate risk while innovating in competitive markets. 

Dedicated to advancing access to justice, Wing serves on the Associates Advisory Board of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where she helps shape initiatives to expand pro bono legal services for underserved communities.
