Lori Zirkle’s practice is concentrated in complex product liability litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of major domestic and international manufacturers of automobiles, recreational vehicles, medical devices and child products. An experienced trial attorney, Lori has tried to verdict several major product liability cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death for her clients throughout the Southwest, and beyond. Additionally, she has worked on several high- profile mass torts.

Lori has significant experience defending large global automotive manufacturers against claims that include crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, vehicle structures, airbags and failure to equip with advanced driver assistance systems. She has represented clients nationwide in cases involving cars, trucks, all-terrain vehicles, sixteen-wheeled mobile cranes, electrical equipment, paint sprayers and sports equipment. Additionally, she continues to grow her experience in the medical device industry, having represented one of the nation's largest medical device companies in complex litigation involving pain pumps.

Lori served as a Judge Pro Tempore for Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona during 2005. She has lectured on the Federal Trade Commission’s regulation of medical device advertising at the Medical Design and Manufacturing Conference and spoke about managing the major antitrust case from a local counsel perspective at the 56th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.
