Sienna (Si Hui) Lin is an associate who represents clients in civil litigation and complex disputes involving breach of warranty claims, general liability, commercial matters and regulatory issues. She draws on her experience practicing in both California and Singapore to bring an international perspective to litigation strategy, risk analysis and dispute resolution.
Before joining Bowman and Brooke, Sienna defended individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters involving personal injury, property damage and general liability claims. She managed a high volume of active insurance defense cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations. She also drafted and argued dispositive motions, conducted fact and expert witness depositions and prepared litigation reports for insurers and claims representatives.
Sienna previously practiced as a legal associate at a leading Singapore law firm, where she handled complex commercial, white collar, regulatory and private client disputes. Her experience included matters involving alleged fraud and bribery, securities investigations, intellectual property disputes, breach of contract claims, confidential information disputes, professional disciplinary proceedings and regulatory compliance. She has also appeared before all levels of the Singapore Courts in civil matters, including the Court of Appeal.
Outside of her practice, Sienna enjoys playing tennis with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and has a goal to visit every national park in the U.S.
