Samantha LeJune is an associate attorney focusing her practice on product liability for automotive manufacturers. She is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and works out of our Columbia and Charlotte offices.

Sam is experienced in handling a heavy case docket and working through all phases of litigation such as drafting all pre-trial motions, briefs, examinations and arguments. She has taken numerous depositions, argued motions and has represented her clients in state and federal court, including bench and jury trials and as a second chair in a premises liability trial action. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she was a competing member of the moot court and received the Eugene Gressman & Daniel H. Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award.

During her free time, Sam can be found rooting for the Houston Texans and any UNC and Auburn University sports teams as well as spending time with her friends, family and her rescue dog, Mia.
